PeopleStack processes business contact and workforce data to provide HR workflow functionality, including onboarding, time off, recruiting, performance, documents, and related administration.

We use this information to operate and secure the service, support authorized workflows, and improve product reliability. Access to customer data is controlled through role-based permissions and tenant-scoped boundaries.

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Customers are responsible for assigning user permissions based on their internal policies.
